In March 2017, NSG had a great show at the Pacific Northwest Quilt and Textile Museum in La Connor WA. In all 25 members loaned some 60 pieces, historic, reproductions and modern, making this show a great success. (Members, check out your April 2017 Newsletter for even more pictures!)

We have many people to thank for this show. First, Pat Smith who thought up the idea last spring and made it happen, then Diane Brosten who freely gave us the benefit of her show experiences last spring, when she supervised an ANG show. We need to thank Kathleen Kok, curator, who hung the show so superbly, Amy Green, Museum Director, who both checked in our pieces and baked the beautiful birthday cake for Kathleen’ birthday, and incidentally the opening reception, Sam Smith for photos, and lastly all the docents who watched over our show.
